BEARMARK HERITAGE is an online platform for building family trees and preserving family history. Each person becomes a node in the tree, which can hold photos, documents, audio recordings and stories, and can be shared privately with relatives.

Information we collect
Account and order information: your name, e-mail, phone, and billing address when you subscribe or contact us. Physical shipping does not apply because our service is delivered online.
Family tree content: the names, dates, relationships, photos, documents, audio recordings and stories you upload about yourself and your relatives. This content is stored to provide the service. It is visible only to you and to the people you choose to share it with.
Information collected automatically: device, browser, IP address, pages visited, and cookies and similar technologies.
Payment information: confirmation of payment from our payment processors. We do not store full card numbers.
How we use it
We use your information to create and maintain your account. We also use it to store and display your family tree, deliver private sharing invitations to the relatives you choose, process subscriptions and send transactional messages such as receipts and account notices.
