Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with BEARMARK HERITAGE. Because our service is digital, there are no physical returns or exchanges. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for a subscription. Effective date: 2026-10-23.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

We answer within 2 business days.

How you are refunded

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show the refund.

Cancelling vs. refunding

Cancelling a subscription stops future automatic renewals. It does not by itself refund a charge already made.

To receive money back for a charge within the refund period, please submit a refund request as described above.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.
